Marco Luxe Motor Condos FAQ’s

What is a motor condo?

It is a private garage unit that you own outright under a condominium association, the same way you would own a residential condominium. Each unit is an individually deeded, air conditioned bay with a 20 foot ceiling, bathroom and a mezzanine.

What can I keep in a unit?

Vehicles for your own private use: cars, motorcycles, motorhome, personal water crafts or a boat on its trailer are examples of the vehicles . Every unit has full electric, water and a sewer clean out, so a motorhome or a boat can hook-up and empty holding tanks after a trip.

Can I combine two units?

Yes. Owners who buy adjoining units can leave out the dividing wall and get a full width mezzanine.

Can I live or run a business in my unit?

No. Under Marco Island code, storage and activity stay inside the building, the vehicles are for the owner’s private use, and overnight stays are not permitted.
